Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible for VAT exemption if:

• You are a UK resident, and

• You have a chronic illness or disability that has a long-term and substantial adverse effect on your ability to carry out everyday activities, and

• The product you are purchasing is for your personal or domestic use.

Examples of qualifying conditions include (but are not limited to):​

• Chronic illnesses such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, or motor neurone disease

• Permanent physical disabilities
