MOTORSTEP WARRANTY

Motorstep is committed to providing a reliable product and offers a comprehensive warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. The Motorstep product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, Motorstep will repair or replace any defective part free of charge, subject to the following conditions:


Reporting the Fault
If any fault is identified, it must be immediately reported directly to Motorstep or the authorised distributor from whom the product was purchased.


Return or Onsite Visit
The machine must be returned to Motorstep or the authorised distributor, or an onsite visit must be agreed upon to assess and address the reported fault.


Compliance with Instructions
The user must have observed all operating, safety, and assembly instructions as described in the user manual provided by Motorstep.


Maximum Working Load
The Motorstep must not have been subjected to a load exceeding the maximum working load of 125kg or the load specified by Motorstep.

 

Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.


Authorised Repairs:
No repair or attempted repair should have been performed on the machine by anyone other than a Motorstep representative or a Motorstep-appointed representative.


Domestic/Personal Use Only
The machine should have been used only for domestic or personal use.

 

Original Purchaser
The machine must still be the property of the original purchaser.

Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to the customer's statutory rights and does not diminish them in any way.


Exclusions from Motorstep Warranty
The Motorstep warranty does not cover failures resulting from the following:

  • Commercial Use: The Motorstep being used for commercial purposes or for hire.

  • Motorstep's control.Damage caused by animals, flood, acts of God, or any other external factors beyond Damage by External Factors:

  • Failures resulting from accidental or malicious damage, including vandalism.Accidental or Malicious Damage:

  • Failure to report the initial fault in a timely manner.Failure to Report Initial Fault:

  • Failure to Follow Instructions: Failure to use the Motorstep in accordance with the instructions and recommendations provided in the user manual.


Limitation of Liability
Motorstep will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury to the user or any third party resulting from the failure to fully comply with the instructions or recommendations provided within the user manual.


Please note that this warranty is subject to any applicable laws and regulations governing warranties in your jurisdiction.
